This is a tournament to decide the most moe character of the Touhou series. Because this is organized by western Touhou fans, it has been named as ‘Sei’(west)-moe.
これは東方シリーズの一番萌えっているキャラを決めるトーナメントです。西洋の東方ファンによる運営されているから、西（せい）萌と名つけた。
